Departing on 05/09 I see $857 return dates on UA on the 17th, 21st, and 22nd.
This may come as a shock, but not every day is going to work.

By reading and following Dansdeals.com I have a platinum amex which gives me $200 annually towards travel related expenses to the airline of my choice. continental was my choice. I then bought gift certificates from continental for $200 for the past two years. so, amex contributed $400 for this trip. My total cost=$457!
I checked for points availability, there was for 75000 on united!!
